Spring Concert

Snider Auditorium, 400 S. 6th Ave.

February 27, 2010

Tickets go on sale February 8 at Dillard's

Ballet Yuma's Spring Concert will feature Act II Giselle along with selected repertory pieces exhibiting the breadth of artistic, physical, and emotional expression for which the Company has become recognized on the national level.

Giselle continues to be one of the more popular and well known of truly classical works.   Act II involves Giselle's ghost and vengeful spirits, or 'Wilis', who are the ghosts of girls promised to be married but jilted before their wedding day.  It is a beautiful, rich tale of unrequited love; a great concert experience.
